Fall Preview: The September Issue
If you loved The Devil Wears Prada, then you must see The September Issue. This movie features, Anna Wintour, the editor of Vogue Magazine and the most powerful woman person in the fashion today. Follow the larger than life Wintour as she reigns over the fashion world’s designers, models, photographers, and editors.
Director R.J. Cutler gives us a rare inside look at the months leading up to the printing of the huge September issue of Vogue. We also get a behind the scenes look at fashion week, witness the demanding process it takes to remain at the top of the ever-changing fashion field.
In The September Issue we glimpse into a world many of us might dream about but few ever see. As a young girl, I had dreams of being a fashion designer. I can’t tell you how many sketch pads I used drawing my designs. I think I would have been pretty good too. I can’t wait to see this movie, so I can live vicariously through Ms. Wintour’s life…at least for 2 hours.

I loved Devil Wears Prada, and although I am not into fashion, I am definitely VERY curious about the happenings withing the fashion industry!
