Just Chick Flicks Fall Movie Preview: Agora

Set in the  4th century A.D. in Alexandria, Egypt, under the Roman Empire, with religious revolts  in the streets. Agora tells the story of a brilliant woman astronomer named Hypatia and her fight to save the wisdom of the Ancient World. There is also a love story in which the two men compete for her affections. The clever and rich d Orestes and the slave Davus.

Directed by Alejandro Amenábar, Agora stars Rachel Weisz as Hypatia, Max Minghella as Davus and Oscar Isaac as Orestes.

Looks really interesting but how does it end?

If I go see this in the movies I can tell already that I’ll need two empty seats on either side of me otherwise whoever is lucky enough to go with me will be tortured with questions and conjectures throughout.
