Would love to know what happened to some of the characters afterwards (maybe I'll have to check out the books ;). It reminded me of Jasper Fforde's series following Thursday Next. I saw parts of Confessions of a Shopoholic (another book to movie) and it was sweet but at times embarrassing so I would cringe or run away until my family stopped laughing.
