The trailer for The Time Traveler’s Wife has finally been released.Take a look and let me know what you think.
Eric Bana and Rachel McAdams star in The Time Traveler’s Wife, due in theaters August 14th. Based on the novel Audrey Niffenegger, the movie stars Eric Bana (who was almost unrecognizable as a Romulan in Star Trek) plays Henry De’ Tamble, a Chicago librarian with a gene that causes him to unpredictably travel through time. Rachel McAdams plays his wife,Claire, an artist who has to deal with the effects his frequent absences. This sounds like the perfect combination of romance and sci-fi.
I have not read the book yet. Have you? If so, what do you think of the casting of Eric Bana and Rachel McAdams as the lead characters?

This is one of my all time favorite books. I was a little nervous in the first chapters also as I was wondered if it was leading to a child molestation story – so NOT! But it is really going to be a powerful, tear jerking movie. I was disappointed that my computer couldn’t seem to run the trailer w/o stopping, starting over etc. but the casting looks terrific to me. Thanks for sharing the fact that this movie is on its way to us in August.
